Rise to the Stars!

.1. The "Rise to the Stars" contest is conducted by the StarCrown Partners affiliate program.

1.2. Contest period: from September 16, 2024, to January 31, 2025, inclusive.

1.3. To participate, you must be a registered partner of StarCrown Partners and agree to the terms of participation on the website https://starcrown.partners/.

2.1. Contest participants must generate traffic according to the established rules and quality requirements of the StarCrown Partners affiliate program.

2.2. Types of traffic:

• Search traffic: SEO, ASO, PPC
• Social media traffic: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram, and others
• Media traffic: teaser networks, banners, push notifications, seeding, etc.
• Messaging: emails, SMS, messengers.
• Video advertising: streams, pre-rolls, reviews, influencer integrations
• In-app advertising

3.1. Guaranteed Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded to participants who rank in the Top 3 positions by traffic volume that meets the set KPIs during the contest period.

Prizes for Top 3 participants: 1st place — $75,000, 2nd place — $50,000, 3rd place — $25,000.

Lottery:

Any webmaster outside the Top 3 who has successfully generated at least test-level traffic (30 deposits) and met the required KPIs will automatically enter the lottery.

• For every 30 deposits, the participant will receive "stars" that increase the chances of winning the lottery.
• The lottery will be held among all participants who meet the requirements.

Prizes: MacBook, iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods Max, Apple Watch, AirPods Max, Apple Watch. Exact models will be confirmed later.

4.1. Winners in the Top 3 positions based on the amount of qualified traffic will be determined based on internal analytics and compliance with KPIs.

4.2. The lottery among all participants who meet the KPIs will be held after the contest period ends.

4.3 A random winner will be selected based on the number of "stars" earned by partners. Since a partner can earn more than one "star," their chances increase.

4.4 "Stars" are non-transferable.

4.5 Each partner can win no more than one prize.

6.1. The organizer reserves the right to change the contest terms and duration, notifying participants via email or through their personal account on the affiliate program’s website.

6.2. In the event of participant violations, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify such participants without further contest participation.

7.1. If participants have questions regarding the contest, they may contact support through their personal account on the website or send inquiries via the email provided on the StarCrown Partners website.

Rule Changes: Organizers reserve the right to amend the contest rules at any time without prior notice to participants. All changes take effect upon publication in official information sources or on the contest landing page.

Technical Issues: The organizer is not responsible for potential technical failures that may affect participation in the contest or the winner selection process.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating, each participant fully agrees to the contest rules and the terms outlined on the landing page. The participant agrees to follow these rules and the organizers' instructions.

Data Processing: Participants consent to the processing of their personal data by the organizers for the purpose of conducting and administering the contest. The organizers commit to using the participants' data solely for the contest and will not share it with third parties without the participant’s consent.

Consequences of Refusal: Failure to comply with any of the terms may result in prize cancellation without compensation.

Non-transferable Prize: Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred to another person without written consent from the organizer. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other material equivalents.

Insurance Recommendation: Winners are advised to obtain travel insurance if the prize involves a trip to another country. The insurance should cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Winner Responsibility: The winner is fully responsible for complying with all local laws and customs during prize collection if the prize involves travel to another country.
